the other day, i played my nba live ‘08 on ps2 and because m already on the all star weekend festivities, i tried practicing for the 3 point shootout even none of my players were selected to compete. i went on to the contest. i chose gilbert arenas (in which he’s the game cover this year). i wanna try the hibachi just even for exhibition mode.

buzzer sounds..
1st rack:
swish..swish.. swish.. swish.. swish.. money ball!
bill Walton: he’s 5 out of 5 on that one

2nd rack:
swish to the fifth power
m startin to smell sumthin here (it’s not d burnin smell )

3rd rack:
same story
i even tried to intentionally miss one but seems like the ball has brains..

4th rack:
redundancy. encore. broken record
i just let it fly.. from this point. i got a huge "WTF?!" look i n my face.

bill Walton: he hit everything without missing a shot! it’s absolutely amazing
steve kerr: it’s phenomenal

damn.. m stunned. i know it’s a video game but it’s not soooo realistic!
it made me think that maybe gilbert sold his soul to the "ea sports" devil
in exchange for his "ea sports" soul. he’ll be unstoppable. he’ll be hittin on all angles
he’ll be perfect.. . i’ve never seen anythn like that.

nba live ‘08 is not the best but it’s a better version of the previous installment.
it has a lot of promise. a lot of innovations offered but sadly, most of ‘em are just simply a carry over of the games the previous years.wut’s up with that? m always lookin forward for a new nba live game every year and the first thing i look for is the realistic game play of the new version. if it stepped up its game play ,graphics and that nba-feel whenever u play that game. but this kind of joke makes me think twice bout buyin another game next year. regardless of who’s on da cover . i dont care.
i want all those guys in ea sports to fix all the glitches that your games have.
it’s becoming a circus out there.

the only real thing bout this game is adam morisson.
he never hit shots in da nba anyway. m glad ya’ll did your research

the catch: gilbert arenas got injured and missed most of the season after making it to the cover.

oh, btw  josh mcroberts and maurice almond were mvp candidates in my dynasty season..

allan caidic and padim israel musta been Rollin on their graves twice.
